Hi, I'm Pauly Baldwin. I am personally involved with every project, and we only take on a small number of jobs at any one time to ensure the level of service and building quality is maintained.

Every project starts with a meeting with Pauly Baldwin (Master Builder and Owner), and Imogen Lingard (Project Manager), to ensure we are the right fit - both for you and your renovation. This is a partnership, and we only take a small number of jobs every year to ensure the best outcome and quality.

We work with many of the best architects, engineers, and draftsmen and women in the region, so if there are any additional details we need to get the building specifications just right - we will work with you throughout this process.

 

As the build progresses, we will touch base weekly and provide visual updates if you’re not close by. Any variations will be managed through a clear and approved variation process, and we consider ourselves experts in dealing with any unforeseen building challenges.

 

Project completion is a big deal for us - and we like to have a little onsite celebration to mark the occasion properly!

As a third-generation builder, Pauly has over 25 years of experience in a variety of building styles and settings, including historical restorations and period style design.

 

As a young builder in Sydney, Paul spent more than 10 years working with some of Australia’s leading historical restoration builders and has worked on a number of nationally recognised projects, from period homes to churches and state-owned buildings.
